Most events will allow you to present your ticket on your phone, but we strongly recommend printing your e-ticket if you can. If you are unable to present your ticket due to poor phone reception or a low battery, you will not be able to gain entry. If they are unable to scan your ticket due to a damaged screen, you will not be able to gain entry. 


Please make sure that you have your ticket stored locally on your phone prior to arrival, as there will most likely be no or limited cellular reception at any large scale event. Please turn your phone to full brightness and remove any screen protector to ensure that they can scan your barcode.
