Group booking customers - You should have received an e-ticket for every member of your group, including the free ticket. Please note, these may have been sent to multiple email addresses if your friends have booked separately, or if you gave a different email address for the free ticket when creating your group page.  


Payment plan customers - You will only receive your e-ticket once you have completed your payment plan.
